The Conference hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott, 110 W. City Center Drive, Pueblo, CO  81003.  It is located just off I-25 at Exit 98B.  The room rate is $129 per night plus tax.

 Our annual banquet will take place Saturday night at the Convention Center with the entree of your choice:  

Prime rib or salmon.

If you have other family members who are not registered for the Conference, business associates, or friends who will be attending the Banquet with you, you will need to buy a Guest Banquet.  You can do this using the second person on your registration.  If you have already used both your registrations, you will need to do this as a separate registration.

Pikes Peak Cog Railway

Join us for a trip on a railroad of a different type.  How far will we go?  It depends on mother nature.  After the trip, we will stop at a local restaurant for lunch before returning to Pueblo.  (Lunch not included.)

Pueblo Weather

The normal high for the Conference period is 48 degrees with a normal low around 18 with 0.2 inches of snow.   The record high is 64, while the record low is -2.9 with 4 inches of snow.


Getting to the Conference

The 2025 Railroad Passenger Car Alliance Conference is being held at the Pueblo Convention Center, which is connected to the Courtyard hotel.  Most of the Conference activities will be at the Convention Center with some at off-site locations.


Rail Travel

Amtrak's Southwest Chief, trains 3 & 4, stop at La Junta, roughly 65 miles from Pueblo.  A bus (extra cost) will meet train 3 on Thursday and Friday mornings.  A return bus (extra cost) will head to La Junta to meet train 4 for Conference attendees heading east on Sunday and Monday evenings.  All La Junta buses must be reserved by December 1, 2024


Airline Travel

Most major airlines fly into the Colorado Springs Airport (COS), although many of the flight schedules are not year-round. It is 45 miles to Pueblo.  More robust schedules can be found by flying to Denver International Airport (DEN), 110 miles away.


Automobile Travel

The Conference hotel is located just a short block and a half west of Interstate 25 at Exit 98B (City Center Drive) in Pueblo, Colorado.

Conference Registration is required to participate in any Conference related activity, except for the Annual Banquet and the Annual Meeting.

Conference registrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Each Registrant may register one additional registrant at a discounted price.

Regular registration ends on December 24, 2024. 

Registrations by mail must be postmarked by the appropriate date.  In addition to the registration fee increase, the price of extra cost activities and vendor participation fees also increase on December 25, 2024.
